14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination. Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Acrein Group B.V. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
