What we built

A daily Prospecting Loop that runs from client rules and sheet state, then leaves sales with a clean review queue and a clear run digest.

    • Skip cooldown companies
    • Rank stalest first
    • Cap the batch to 10

    Selects companies

    • Companies with no recent hits are parked on a 3-day cooldown
    • The rest are ranked by coverage, recency and seed order
    • A hard cap limits low-priority names
    • Search each company
    • Benelux, then Europe
    • Page advances by count
    • Pull full profiles

    Finds contacts

    • Searches each company for senior, relevant titles
    • Benelux first, wider Europe only if empty
    • The page advances as a company fills up, so no one is pulled twice
    • Classify DM vs influencer
    • Drop known LinkedIn URLs

    Sorts and dedupes

    • A rule-based check splits decision-makers from influencers
    • Defaults to influencer when a title is ambiguous
    • Profiles already in the sheet are dropped before any credits are spent
    • Keep verified email only
    • Drop in-run duplicates

    Enriches email

    • Only verified emails are kept
    • Unverified misses stay visible instead of guessed
    • Duplicate emails inside the same run are removed
    • Write to sheet first
    • Add a company signal
    • Notify sales on Discord

    Writes and reports

    • All twelve columns are written first, so a failure can't lose the batch
    • A one-line company signal is added
    • Sales is notified on Discord with run totals and any zero-hit companies
