Tools Terms of Use
1. About the service
Acrein Loop is operated by Acrein Group B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands, KVK 70304424. These terms cover individual contact-enrichment purchases at tools.acreinloop.com. Bespoke projects remain subject to their separate agreement.
Submit existing contacts, review your inputs and select the email or phone findings you want. Our enrichment technology searches for additional contact information and provides results and an Excel export. Requested targets are not guaranteed findings.
2. Prices and billable results
The applicable rates, any minimum charge, taxes, billing calculation and maximum charge are shown before you place your order and form part of your agreement. Your final charge is calculated using those agreed rules and cannot exceed the agreed maximum. Later price changes do not affect an accepted order. No billable results means no charge.
Delivered verified and inconclusive emails count for new-order targets and billing. Inconclusive means verification was not definitive, so deliverability is not guaranteed. Phone findings do not promise verified mobile ownership. Existing values are not automatically new billable results.
3. Payment and adjustments
Our payment technology either authorises the order maximum as a hold or collects it upfront, depending on the method. After processing, we calculate the final amount under the agreed billing rules and release unused authorisation or refund excess collection as applicable. Bank processing can affect when this appears.
Fewer findings than requested can still incur the minimum charge disclosed before you ordered. Required invoices are handled separately from payment receipts.
4. Delivery and expiry
We provide a private results link and Excel attachment to the email supplied once processing and settlement permit publication. Check your email address and keep private links confidential. Queues, technology availability and payment issues can delay completion. No fixed turnaround is promised unless expressly agreed; statutory rights remain.
Inputs and online results expire 24 hours after publication and confirmed settlement. Save your Excel attachment or download in time. Expired searches are not automatically rerun.
5. Cancellation, refunds and complaints
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw. At checkout, you can expressly request that processing starts immediately after payment and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once the service is fully performed. Starting work alone does not end that right. If you withdraw before completion after requesting an early start, any payment for work already performed must be proportionate and comply with applicable law. Your rights concerning faulty service or incorrect billing remain unaffected.
For payments, billing, cancellations or refunds, contact [email protected] with your order reference. For service support, delivery or disputed findings, contact [email protected]. For legal enquiries, contact [email protected]. Automated unused-amount adjustments do not replace your rights concerning defective performance.
To withdraw, email [email protected] with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use this model wording: “I hereby withdraw from my contact-enrichment order [reference], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Email: [email]. Date: [date].” Using this wording is optional.
6. Your responsibilities and privacy
You must have a lawful basis and authority for submitting and using personal data. Finding an email or telephone number does not itself permit marketing. Do not submit unlawfully obtained, sensitive or children’s data, or use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination or other unlawful purposes. Do not bypass security or submission limits.
See our Privacy Policy. Where we process data on a business customer’s instructions, the applicable processing agreement governs that activity. Accepting these terms does not provide consent on behalf of the contacts submitted.
7. Rights and governing law
Contact information can be incomplete or become outdated. These limitations do not exclude mandatory rights or excuse failure to supply the agreed service. Dutch law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not remove access to courts available under applicable law.
Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite accepted orders.
