Social Posts

Built by people who know daily posting takes more work than it should

A live article should make posting easier.

We built a follow-on workflow that turns a published article into platform-ready posts for social media, keeps the editorial context intact, checks the output, schedules the posts on the Notion content calendar, and reports the result.

Boring

Every article creates the same distribution chores.

Read it, summarize it, rewrite it, check length, add the link, schedule it.

Important

Good content dies quietly if no one turns it into posts.

The published article needs usable social output, not another draft task.

Hidden cost

Manual posting drains content momentum.

Posting daily turns into a second content job: rewrite, review, schedule, and remember to post.

What we built

A Social Posts Loop that starts after Content Publishing, then turns the live article and editorial package into checked, platform-ready social posts on the Notion content calendar.

    • Receive handoff
    • Read article
    • Use live URL

    Orchestrator calls

    Under the hood
    • The publishing orchestrator triggers this workflow after the article has already gone live
    • It sends the final article, company, pillar, slug, validated research, and approved outline
    • The article URL is built from the live blog route, not guessed from a draft
    • Load brand voice
    • Keep the claim
    • Keep the reader

    Keeps context

    Under the hood
    • The post writer receives the validated research, selected topic, and approved outline behind the article
    • It is told not to invent a new audience, claim, action, or source
    • Each post has to stand alone instead of announcing that an article was published
    • Write LinkedIn
    • Write Twitter/X
    • Attach article URL

    Writes posts

    Under the hood
    • LinkedIn gets a fuller post with the live article URL included
    • Twitter/X gets a short standalone observation without a URL
    • Both posts are generated from the article's strongest operating point
    • Remove hashtags
    • Check word limits
    • Retry if needed

    Runs final QA

    Under the hood
    • Forbidden phrases, hashtags, dash characters, missing URLs, and empty posts are checked
    • LinkedIn and Twitter/X length limits are enforced before scheduling
    • If validation fails, the workflow retries once with the exact issues
    • Read schedule
    • Find open dates
    • Create calendar posts

    Schedules posts

    Under the hood
    • The Notion content calendar is checked so approved posts do not collide with existing dates
    • LinkedIn is scheduled on weekdays only
    • Separate Notion entries are created for LinkedIn and Twitter/X with status ready for review
    • Track uploads
    • Write verdict
    • Merge usage

    Reports status

    Under the hood
    • LinkedIn and Twitter/X uploads are tracked separately so partial failures are visible
    • The workflow writes a plain-language verdict for the marketing notification
    • Usage from the social post step is merged back into the run report

The outcome

Each published article turns into checked social posts on the calendar, without the team rebuilding the work for every platform.

Posts ready

The output is platform-ready social copy, not a summary waiting to be rewritten.

Message sharp

The post keeps the article's strongest point instead of watering it down for the feed.

Calendar filled

Approved posts land on the Notion content calendar with dates, platform labels, and review status.

Daily load down

The team gets a repeatable way to keep posting without rewriting from scratch every day.

Faster turnaround

The team goes from published article to scheduled posts without waiting on another writing pass.

Take the step

Stop writing social posts every day.

We build your Social Posts Loop around your published articles, your voice, your platform rules, your calendar, and the checks that keep the output useful.
